Zillow Group Now Available as a Syndication Channel

Last week, REcolorado announced the addition of Zillow Group to the REcolorado Syndication Portal. The agreement gives you the ability to select Zillow Group (Zillow and Trulia) as an advertising/syndication channel for each listing if desired.

The REcolorado Syndication Program is designed to provide listing-level control, giving you the ability to choose syndication channels specific to each listing. To syndicate your listings to Zillow Group, here’s what you need to do:

– New Listings – When entering a new listing, simply select “Zillow Group” in the Internet Display Tab as you are entering a new listing in Matrix.

– Active Listings – If you want your currently active listings to advertise on Zillow and Trulia, it is important to edit them. To add “Zillow Group” to your listings that are already active, follow the quick step-by-step instructions in our Matrix How To: Change Listing Internet Display and Syndication Settings document.

REcolorado’s feed to Zillow Group will begin by Monday, May 1. This is when your listings should begin to appear on Zillow and Trulia directly from REcolorado.

Please note: When you edit listings, you will be prompted to Confirm Internet Display and Syndication Settings. Desktop users should not have any issues. If you are attempting to edit from a mobile device, you will need to visit the full site in order to complete this command.
