Listing Data Checker Coming to Northern Colorado Listings on May 1
Listing Data Checker (LDC) is a tool that’ll be available to you—Northern Colorado professionals—starting May 1 and will help make entering your listings into REcolorado’s Matrix MLS even easier.
If you missed our first two emails about LDC, take a minute to review them.
In addition to sending you a friendly email when it notices a potential error on your listing, LDC offers two ways for you to be proactive about potential listing data errors.
Listing Compliance Check
In just one click, Listing Compliance Check will help you make sure your listing details line up with REcolorado Rules and Regulations. You’ll see the Listing Compliance Check option after you submit a listing to Active, Under Contract, Withdrawn, Sold or Expired status. Just watch for the Input Succeeded page and click the link. You’ll then see a listing detail report that indicates possible errors in red text.
The ReportIt button is currently available on the Full Property View of every listing in REcolorado’s Matrix MLS. It lets you notify us of any potential errors you find while browsing through listings. Simply click the ‘ReportIt’ button (yellow triangle with a black exclamation point) in the icon section beneath the photo viewer and follow the directions.
