You cannot remember your last day off
(Grateful for business, though!)

You go on vacation and go to the open houses near you for a good time

You answer the phone
(Anytime, anywhere)

You notice all the roofs that need repair when you’re traveling
(Also known as “Realtor Sight Seeing”)

You point out every house you have sold as you drive through town

You walk into a friend or relative’s house and silently begin thinking of everything they would have to do to get it ready for listing photos

You go to a party and ask for a tour of the home

You realize you spend more time with other families 👪than you do your own.
When you look at the time and realize you haven’t eaten in 8 hours.
You have shown your clients 72 homes and still don’t have one under contract, and no one is discouraged, yet!!!
… you cannot hear the person sitting next to you in a crowded restaurant, but you can hear a real estate conversation 30 feet away. You casually walk to the table, hand them your card, and say, “I am sorry, but I could not help overhearing your conversation about selling (or buying) your home. I would love to help you”.
… you are always holstered with your business cards, pen, and a cell phone.
… your children have heard it so often they know as much about real estate as you do.
… you convince your spouse/significant other to get a real estate license so you will have something to talk about.
… you feel blessed to be a Realtor.
I had to laugh out loud! So funny, so predictable! That is what WE do!
