We continued to do exactly this through a wild year that included transitioning to a remote work environment and back, implementing a new phone system, and establishing new behind-the-scenes protocols to deliver even better service to our customers.

To ensure we’re meeting our goal and delivering top-quality customer service with every call and email, we track our performance using key metrics and customer feedback. In the last fiscal year, June 2020 through May 2021, our Customer Care team handled:
- Sent 125,964 educational and subscriber support emails
- Processed 21,475 customer requests
- Answered calls in an average of only 12 seconds
