REcolorado has received a message from ListHub confirming what was reported in several news articles yesterday. According to the communication from ListHub:
As part of ListHub’s commitment to the industry and home buyers and sellers, we have reached an agreement to continue to provide ListHub’s data feed to the Zillow Group (which includes Trulia) until April 7th, the day ListHub’s agreement ends with Zillow.
As a result of the agreement referenced above, your listings will continue to be displayed on both Zillow and Trulia through April 7 if you have selected them as publisher channels on your ListHub dashboard. After April 7, you will no longer have the option to display your listings on Zillow and Trulia via ListHub.
REcolorado believes brokers should have the tools and information they need to choose where their listings are advertised. With increased listing-level control as a goal, REcolorado is currently developing a product that will give you the ability to choose if you’d like to syndicate your listings to Zillow, Trulia, and others. Please stay tuned as we will soon begin providing you more detailed information.
