Denver Metro Housing Market REmained

Due to a steady stream of new listings, inventory levels remained stable and average sale prices increased. “With inventory levels increasing slightly as compared to last year, and homes staying on the market a bit longer, the fall is a great time to buy a home,” says REcolorado President and CEO, Kirby Slunaker.  Read the REcolorado October Statistics Report for a complete monthly update.
