As you are reviewing your saved searches in REcolorado Matrix, you may want to save a copy of the search criteria for later reference. This may be especially helpful as you prepare for the launch of the new REcolorado Matrix in January 2020. Follow these instructions to save a copy of your search criteria.
1. Open a Saved Search
In REcolorado Matrix, click on “My Matrix” from the top navigation menu, then select “Saved Searches” to view a list of all your saved searches.
2. Expand the Saved Search View
Click the arrow next to the Saved Search Name to expand the view. You will see an overview of the search criteria and the associated contact name. You can expand multiple searches in one view.
3. Copy and Paste into a Document
Highlight the entire section, starting with the saved search name through the bottom of the criteria. You can then copy and paste into a document.
If you prefer a complete view of the criteria, you can take these additional steps.
4. Open Search Criteria
From the saved search list, click “Criteria” to open the full search form associated with a saved search.
5. Take Screenshot
To save a copy of the full search form, take a screenshot of this page. You may need to scroll down and take multiple screenshots for a complete view.
Tip: Name the file with the same name as the Saved Search in REcolorado Matrix. This way, you’ll be able to quickly identify the related saved search.
Save a Copy of your Auto Email Criteria
The same process can be used to record your auto emails. In REcolorado Matrix, click on “My Matrix” from the top navigation menu, then select “Auto Emails” to view a list of all your auto emails. Follow the same steps to copy your auto email criteria.
