REcolorado is excited to announce a new partnership with Colorado Real Estate Network (CREN) that will give you access to more data. CREN has joined REcolorado and REALTORS® of Central Colorado (ROCC) in a data-share partnership through Realtors Property Resource® (RPR), the nation’s largest property database built exclusively for REALTORS®.
“Our customers rely on REcolorado for access to the listing data they need to serve home buyers and sellers,” said Gene Millman, REcolorado president and CEO. “REcolorado is thrilled to have a partnership with CREN to make even more listing data available to real estate professionals across Colorado.”
REcolorado’s strategy includes forming partnerships with any MLS organization or REALTOR association in Colorado. This agreement makes Active, Pending, Withdrawn, Expired, and Closed listings available to customers of all three organizations through RPR. Those who subscribe to REcolorado directly, as well as those who subscribe through ROCC, will have access to CREN data in RPR.
“REcolorado has proven to be a great partner over and over for ROCC members. Working with us to develop Data Sharing relationships create value, convenience, and service we can all be proud of,” added Kevan Lyons, REALTORS® Of Central Colorado (ROCC) CEO.
REcolorado customers and ROCC members also have access to listing data from Information and Real Estate Services, LLC (IRES) and Pikes Peak REALTOR® Services Corp. (PPAR/RSC) in RPR through a similar data-sharing partnership.
CREN is a regional MLS servicing 17+ counties in southwest Colorado. With the data share partnership, real estate professionals now have access to more listings across Colorado through RPR.
