To support social distancing efforts needed to combat the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19) the REcolorado Executive Team, with the support of our Board of Directors, has made the decision to close the REcolorado office through April 17. The good news is, we’ll still be here for you!
You rely on us for critical systems and information to run your businesses, and we don’t want you to miss a beat. Effective immediately, we are implementing our work from home policy
Here is what you can expect for the next two weeks:
Customer Care Hours – Our Customer Care team will continue to be available from 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturdays.
Getting in Touch with Us – The very best way to contact our Customer Care team is to send an email to email@example.com. You are welcome to call us at 303-850-9576, option 1 and leave a voicemail message. We will retrieve voicemail messages and return calls throughout the day. Response times will vary based on call volume. Please be aware, you may receive a return call from a private or blocked number.
Our Commitment to You – Getting back to you as quickly as possible is always our goal. We appreciate your patience as response times may fluctuate.
Training and Education
Classes scheduled for the REcolorado Training Center – All hands-on training classes scheduled at the REcolorado Training Center between March 16 and April 17 will be conducted as live webinars. Those who are registered for a class will receive an email from Eventbrite with a link to the appropriate webinar, as well as information for participating online. DORA has provided approval for us to temporarily issue CE credit for live webinars. If you like to join a live webinar, please visit our Training Class Registration page to sign up.
Classes at Offices and REALTOR® Associations – Classes that were scheduled at offices or REALTOR associations between March 16 and April 17 are canceled and will be rescheduled.
