We are pleased to announce the addition of a new syndication channel to the REcolorado Syndication Program – Homes.com. Homes.com is a top provider of real estate marketing in the U.S. and visited by more than 13 million consumers each month.
Our partnership with Homes.com ensures fair and accurate display of our members’ data and keeps the listing broker displayed prominently. As part of our agreement, Homes.com will not re-syndicate, redistribute, or sub-license REcolorado members’ listing data.
Currently, Homes.com receives REcolorado listings from ListHub. In a few weeks, Homes.com will switch to receiving listings from the REcolorado Syndication portal. Between now and then, you can update your new and existing listings to opt in to Homes.com as a syndication channel. We will notify you as soon as Homes.com has made the switch from ListHub to the REcolorado Syndication portal.
Here is what you need to do:
- Offices/Brokerages – Managing Brokers can open Homes.com as a syndication channel for their office by selecting it in the Office Syndication Settings Dashboard.
- Listing Brokers – From the “Internet Display” tab in Matrix Listing Input, listing brokers can choose Homes.com as a syndication channel for an individual listing.
We will continue to add syndication partners to the REcolorado Syndication Program. Our goal is to protect our members’ data, preserve data accuracy, include fair display rules, keep the listing broker prominent, and limit derivative products.
