Percentage of Colorado REALTORS Who Subscribe To REcolorado
REcolorado is the largest broker-to-broker network in the state. That means high visibility for you and your clients. Approximately 70 percent of Colorado REALTORS® subscribe to REcolorado, and that number is growing. That’s an incredible amount of real estate professionals who have access to your listings, which could lead to lower days on market, as well as better offers for your sellers.
Board of Directors
Twelve active, local REALTORS—your peers—from area associations and Big Broker offices make up the REcolorado Board of Directors. The Board of Directors relies on your feedback, in addition to their own individual market experiences, to help guide policy decisions, authorize rulemaking, and oversee strategic planning for REcolorado.
REcolorado subscribers help shape our Rules and Regulations. There are 22 representatives on our Rules and Regulations Committee, both brokers and appraisers from throughout the state. These representatives gather your feedback and bring it to discuss at the meetings held every other month. Any REALTOR association with 50 percent or more REcolorado subscribers is invited to have representation on the Rules and Regulations Committee. Currently, there are seven associations represented on the committee: Aurora Association of REALTORS, Denver Metro Association of REALTORS, Fort Collins Board of REALTORS, Mountain Metro Association of REALTORS, REALTORS of Central Colorado, South Metro Denver REALTOR Association, and Steamboat Springs Board of REALTORS.
At $40 per month, REcolorado subscribers pay the lowest subscription fee in the state. In addition, REcolorado subscribers receive access to the broadest set of tools and services. This includes tools that are exclusive to REcolorado, such as Remine and Listing Metrics. Furthermore, we’re often the first MLS in the state to roll out new technology. This includes tools like Homesnap. It also includes Matrix + Realist All in One, which will move the Realist public records database directly into the MLS.
