It’s a sunny day. Everything’s going your way. You gather info in Realist, click the ‘Export’ button, and close your browser without thinking anything of it. Then suddenly it hits you. Where did that export just go? You frantically search your computer for a couple of minutes, but no luck. At this point, you’re stressed. You promised you’d send the info to someone ASAP, and you know it’s going to take you a ton of time to redo the report. What do you do?
Stop. Breathe. Call Customer Care.
Every device is different and every internet browser is different, but chances are, that pesky export is there, just well hidden. Your best bet in this situation is to call Customer Care. Why? Because in Realist, you only have a limited number of exports. Before you use up another one, hop on the phone with Care. They’re happy to quickly run through the list of places the export might be, and they’ll also pass along a few tips for your next export so you can avoid the situation in the future!
