Matrix has, among many other valuable features, a built-in CMA tool that you can use as part of your REcolorado subscription at no extra cost to help you accurately evaluate and price properties.
Use the Matrix CMA Tool
It’s an intuitive tool that guides you through choosing your subject property, selecting comparables, adjusting details, and adding additional notes. Add your own touches to the report with broker branding and the ability to customize the report pages. When you’re done, you can be confident that the report you produce is accurate, comprehensive, and something you can feel good about providing to your client or an appraiser.
Pro Tip: REcolorado Matrix CMA will be getting an upgrade! Soon brokers will have the ability to include Public Records along with MLS listing data in CMA reports. Giving brokers and appraisers more complete and accurate reports. Watch your REcolorado Weekly News or join REcolorado Professionals Group for future announcements!
Need something quick? Use Matrix Quick CMA
While Matrix CMA should be your go-to resource for an in-depth CMA report, sometimes you need to quickly send clients information. For those times, use the Quick CMA report. From your search results, click on Quick CMA in the bottom button bar. This will generate a branded PDF that you can easily share with your clients. Include multiple statuses in your search (Active, Pending, and Closed) for a more complete Quick CMA report. Then, when you have more time, use your Recent Search drop-down to find the same properties and run a full, comprehensive CMA.
Pro Tip: REcolorado recently updated the Quick CMA giving it a more modern look and feel. It’s the perfect report to share with your clients.
