Want to know how popular your listing is? Use REcolorado Listing Metrics! REcolorado Listing Metrics is a tool available from the REcolorado Subscriber Resources section of your CONNECT dashboard. You can use the tool to see your online listing activity from multiple sites all in one place. This includes views, shares, saves, and inquiries across REcolorado.com, Homesnap, IDX sites, and syndication sites like Nextdoor, Zillow, and Homes.com. Listing Metrics helps you analyze your listing’s performance so you can make informed decisions. Additionally, the Seller’s Report feature makes it easy for you to share information automatically on a weekly basis with your client.

 

REcolorado Matrix Hit Counters

Another tool that compliments Listing Metrics, is the REcolorado Matrix Hit Counter. With this tool, you can see exactly how many times your listing is viewed by your fellow brokers, as well as how many times your listing is viewed and saved by clients using the REcolorado Matrix Client Portal.

It’s important to note that REcolorado Matrix data prior to April 3, 2018, will not display in Listing Metrics. Additionally, the total count is calculated from the previous two days. For example, the listing in the image below received 8 views in the Client Portal from April 2, 2018, to April 3, 2018.
