Real estate professionals across Colorado are feeling the uncertainty associated with rapidly-changing conditions surrounding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. REcolorado is committed to giving you the resources you need to support your business while protecting the health and safety of our employees, customers, and partners.

The REcolorado team has activated our Business Continuity Plan and is working from home, returning to the office in phases, as we continue to support social distancing efforts needed to combat the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19).

The good news is, we’re still here for you! And with more online options, you can get the support you need while our communities support health and safety.

Customer Care – Use Email Please

Our Customer Care team will continue to be available as we work remotely. The very best way to contact us and get a speedy response is to send us an email at If you’d prefer a phone call, you may request a response call in your email or you may call us at 303.850.9576. Email is always a great way to get in touch, especially for non-urgent items.

We have updated our phone systems so that we can better serve you while working remotely. We ask for your patience as we connect you with a representative; if no one is available to take your call, you may be directed to leave a voicemail message. We will call you back just as soon as we can, based on call volume. Please note that if you call from a long-distance number, your return call may appear from a private or blocked number. We appreciate your patience as response times may fluctuate.

Training and Education – More Online Options

While we work from home, all hands-on training classes scheduled at the REcolorado Training Center will be conducted as live webinars. If you’ve already registered for a live training class, you’ll receive an email with a link to join us via webinar. If you’re not yet signed up, please join us remotely by registering for an upcoming Live Training Webinar

With permission from DORA, REcolorado is pleased to offer new Live Online Learning classes via Zoom with CE credit for eligible live webinars beginning October 1. You must attend the live online class in its entirety with your webcam on in order to receive CE credit for eligible Live Online Learning Classes. Information will be provided during the webinars, as well as in a follow-up email, explaining how to claim CE credit for eligible classes.

In addition to live webinars, you can find new and updated online training resources in the REcolorado Learning Center, including training videos, recorded webinars, and how-to documents. Find even more reference documents and input forms in the REcolorado Resource Center.

Real Estate Services, Showings, and Open Houses

Brokers can schedule and add live-stream virtual open houses to REcolorado Matrix. As of June 30, in-person open houses are allowed under strict precautions. Brokers can schedule and add both in-person and live-stream virtual open houses to REcolorado Matrix.

At this time, REcolorado is not making changes to the ability to schedule showings. If our Board of Directors determine restrictions should be implemented in REcolorado, we’ll let you know right away.
