November 2018 Market Statistics

According to the latest market statistics from REcolorado, the market experienced seasonal cooling in November as thoughts turned toward the holidays. With inventory levels up and prices holding steady, this can be a great time for home shoppers to find their next Colorado home.

In November, sales slowed as compared to previous months, which is typical for this time of year. However, as compared to last year, we had 7% more new listings hit the market, giving home shoppers more choices. And, with homes staying on the market an average of 44 days, buyers in many price ranges now have a bit more time to shop. We pull statistics on the fourth business day of the month because it leaves time for you to make your status changes. (We require status changes be made within three business days because we’re all about accurate data and we know you are, too!)
