We are excited to introduce our newest syndication channel—Nextdoor, a private social network for neighborhoods that is quickly becoming the easiest way for residents in a neighborhood to keep up with everything that’s going on, including which homes are on the market. Get more eyes on your listing by letting Nextdoor users know there’s a nearby property for sale! If you do not see Nextdoor as a syndication option in Matrix, contact your managing broker.
As with all REcolorado syndication agreements, our partnership with Nextdoor ensures fair and accurate display of our subscribers’ data and keeps the listing broker displayed prominently. Listings syndicated to Nextdoor through REcolorado, will always include the listing broker as the primary contact. After all, it’s your listing and your lead. Maximize Your Syndication
When you syndicate a listing to Nextdoor, the listing will display in the neighborhood most relevant to the listing based on location. Your listing will appear in the Real Estate section for that neighborhood, as well as in the newsfeed for that neighborhood, and in the daily digest email sent to users in that neighborhood. Nextdoor has an assortment of programs to help you enhance your presence. Learn more >>
