In addition to a fresh look and mobile-friendly design, your listing pages feature a prominent call to action so home shoppers can easily reach out to you for more information. Brokers have received more than 22,000 leads from REcolorado.com this year. More than 7,200 leads were sent to brokers last month alone.
When a consumer completes the contact form on your listing, you’ll receive an email with the contact information for the lead. That’s where the CRM, Homes Connect, comes into play.
Homes CONNECT CRM
An added benefit of REcolorado.com is access at no additional cost to the built-in customer relationship management (CRM) tool called Homes Connect*, which will replace the Agent Admin you may currently be using on the existing REcolorado.com. You can use your free Homes Connect account to manage your leads from REcolorado.com, as well as upload additional contacts, and schedule email marketing campaigns.
You can access Homes Connect by logging into REcolorado and clicking the Homes Connect button in the Subscriber Resources section of your REcolorado CONNECT dashboard.
- Late last year, you should have received an email from Homes.com with login info and additional instructions on customization options and added functionality. If you didn’t receive this email, you can still click on the Homes Connect button from your CONNECT dashboard and create new login information that way.
- All leads from your listings on REcolorado.com will automatically be added to your Homes Connect account, and you’ll still receive a detailed email for each lead.
- Any recent clients you’ve connected with through REcolorado.com will automatically be transferred over to the new REcolorado.com.
