More Powerful Searches in the REcolorado App

With new enhancements in every release, the REcolorado App keeps getting more powerful! To take advantage of the latest features, make sure you’re running the most up-to-date version of the REcolorado App.

Real estate brokers need to be able to find up-to-date and relevant listing information on the go! With these search features in the REcolorado App, you have access to critical data to help you search for listings and serve your clients.

New! Multi-Status Search

Review listing results that span multiple statuses without having to create separate searches for active/pending and closed listings!

New! Parcel Boundaries & Flood Zone Layer

Brokers can enable parcel boundaries on the map view to display parcel boundaries for both on- and off-market properties. When you click on a parcel, you’ll see information from Realist about that property, as well as MLS data if it has an associated MLS listing. Also in Map Settings, you will now see the option to add Flood Zones.

Pro Tip: You also have the option to import property owner information into your contacts by clicking the icon next to the name.

Points of Interest

The map search in the REcolorado App now includes points of interest! You and your clients can view relevant locations, like transit stations, airports, schools, parks, or even Red Rocks, from the map view. Plus, you can include points of interest in your search criteria. Simply start typing in the search bar and you’ll see possible matches in autocomplete suggestions.

Coming Soon Listings

Coming Soon listings are visible to brokers in the REcolorado App! You can include Coming Soon status in a search from the app and easily view Coming Soon listings in your search results.

While Coming Soon listings are not visible to the public, you can share a Coming Soon listing with your clients through the REcolorado App as you would in their Client Portal.

Virtual Open Houses

You can easily find upcoming Open Houses from the REcolorado App. From the Advanced Search Criteria, toggle the button next to “Show Open Houses Only” to include only listings with upcoming open houses in your results.

You’ll see both virtual and in-person Open Houses in the search results!

Pro Tip: What’s the difference between an in-person open house and a virtual open house? A virtual open house is a live-stream event, where the broker hosts guests online only at a specific date and time. A virtual open house is not the same as a virtual tour, which is a pre-recorded video available on demand. Learn more >>

Within the Open House section of a listing, you’ll see a new label identifying “Virtual Open Houses.” When you click the date/time of a virtual open house, the URL for the virtual event will open in a layover window. In the example below, the live-stream virtual open house will take place on Instagram.

Search by Multiple Zip Codes

When you start a new map search, you can enter multiple zip codes in the criteria field and see results from each zip code.

It’s simple – start typing the zip code you want to see and click the plus sign next to the appropriate zip code(s) in the suggestions that appear.  Repeat for any additional zip codes you’d like to include.

To take advantage of these features, download the app or install the latest update from Google Play or the Apple App Store.
