We are thrilled to introduce you to the new President and CEO of REcolorado, Gene Millman. Gene comes to our MLS organization with more than 35 years of experience in the real estate industry serving in positions from practitioner to MLS executive. He’s walked in the shoes of REcolorado subscribers and knows what it takes to run a successful real estate business.
“I’m so proud to be the new President and CEO at REcolorado,” said Gene Millman. “One of the things I’ve learned throughout my career is how important relationships are. And, one of the strategic pillars for REcolorado is to continue to build collaboration and partnerships throughout the state.”
Since joining REcolorado in July, Gene has been focused on learning all he can about the inner workings of the REcolorado, our partnerships, our products and services, and most importantly, how we serve you, our valued customers.
Gene is currently working with the team at REcolorado to build on the company’s strategic plan.

Our strategy will focus on building partnerships that bring you the data you need to be the expert home buyers and sellers rely on. We understand complete and accurate data – especially listing data – is key. We are reaching out to REALTOR associations and MLS organizations throughout the state and are open to forming many more partnerships like the ones we have with IRES, Steamboat Springs Board of REALTORS and REALTORS of Central Colorado.
We will also continue bringing you high quality technology tools. You can expect to see more tools like the REcolorado App that you can use to quickly share listings with your clients and streamline communications. Currently we’re working on building a new REcolorado.com home search site to bring more visibility to you and your listings.
Finally, we know how important customer care is to you! So, we’ll continue to make certain our amazing customer care team is available to you when you need them – six days per week. And we will continue to enhance the tools you need to manage your REcolorado account.
