Market Your Listings Using Social Media

REcolorado had the pleasure of participating in this year’s Northern Colorado 2020 REALTOR® Summit. It was wonderful to connect with so many REALTORS®! Thank you for all of the positive feedback about the new REcolorado Matrix and how much you appreciate being able to view public records information within Matrix.

The summit was packed with great information from speakers, fellow REALTORS®, and industry vendors.

One of our biggest takeaways from the event was the importance of social media to the real estate professional. As Katie Lance shared in her keynote presentation, finding quality content can be challenging.

Luckily, REcolorado gives you access to tools that make sharing quality social media content a breeze!

  • Find information on topics ranging from buying your first home to preparing a home for winter on the REcolorado Home Blog.  Here you can access excellent content to share with your sphere. Using these articles on your own social media pages is easy! Just copy the URL, personalize the post to have your voice and message, then paste the URL. Your post will have useful information while carrying your brand.
  • Being your client’s real estate expert includes home décor and design. When you see a home online with a captivating feature or design, quickly share it from by using the Share icon located at the top right-hand side of the listing page.
  • Have a New, Pending, or Closed Listing? You can share that listing on social media right from REcolorado Matrix. Don’t forget to make your post personal and engaging by telling your client’s story.
  • Want to share a monthly Market Statistics Update? REcolorado provides monthly market stats for the 11-county Denver Metro area including Boulder and Broomfield. Add your market expertise and share the infographic or video to engage viewers.

Be sure to link your social media pages to your profile. Including links to well-known sites, like where 2 million home shoppers visit each month, will increase your online visibility.
