Manage Matrix Contacts On the Go

The latest Matrix enhancements included a new mobile-first design to help you easily manage your contacts from any device! While it looks different from the previous version of Matrix, you still have all the same information and settings, now in a mobile-friendly interface.

Searching for Contacts

When you first open your Contacts in REcolorado Matrix, you’ll see a contact list that has been redesigned for improved readability and accessibility. Easily find the contact you need by applying filters or searching by name, email, or reference number.

You can also import new contacts from this first screen by clicking the “Add” button in the upper right corner. You can add an individual contact or import contacts.

Contact Details

Once you click on a contact, you’ll see a new contact view. Instead of the “accordion” style organization, where you had to click on arrows to expand each section, you can now navigate between the tabs to quickly see the details you need.

At a glance, quickly see the most pertinent information, including recent Client Portal activity. Dig in deeper using the tabs along the top to see Auto Emails, Carts, CMAs, Sent Emails, Searches, Portal Searches, and Reverse Prospect.
