Listing Input Options for Brokers and Staff

Every office and broker has processes and procedures for entering listings into the MLS system. Some use administrators or transaction coordinators to enter listings on behalf of brokers, while others enter listings directly or use a hybrid approach.

With REcolorado as your MLS partner, you have options that fit your setup so you can work more efficiently and save time, all while entering accurate listing information.

Save as Incomplete

By popular request, brokers with limited input capability now have the option to enter listings directly into REcolorado Matrix and Save as Incomplete. Then, office staff can verify the listing details and, when it’s ready to go live, change the status to Coming Soon or Active.

By entering listings directly into REcolorado Matrix, listing brokers and staff get added benefits:

  • Less room for error. Use the Validate button to check the listing for complete information and data accuracy.
  • Dynamic listing input. Specific fields entered at the beginning of listing input dictate which related fields are available later in the input process.
  • Save time. By not having to enter listing information twice (once in a PDF and again into REcolorado Matrix), you’ll work more efficiently.

Listing Input Forms

Many brokers and offices use the listing input forms available in the REcolorado Resource Center. Don’t worry – those will continue to be available! Many listing brokers print these forms before a listing appointment to ensure they note every detail of a property and capture each required field while they meet with their client.
