IRES Data Now Available in REcolorado Matrix

After much behind-the-scenes work, we are excited to announce that IRES listing data is now available in REcolorado Matrix!

Today, both REcolorado and IRES implemented the first phase of this partnership and launched exchanged data in our respective MLS systems. This gives both REcolorado and IRES users the ability to view listing data from the other MLS in their own system.

The partnership between REcolorado and IRES is stronger than ever, with a more comprehensive data exchange and integration agreement than the previous data share agreement. Exchanged data includes all statuses and fields, more history, and additional integrations beyond the MLS systems.

REcolorado and IRES have the shared goal of providing real estate professionals access to complete and accurate data.

We are thrilled to have formed a richer, more productive partnership with IRES that will give real estate professionals the complete listing data they need to serve as expert advisors for their clients. Our goal is to work together with IRES and other partners throughout the state to ensure brokers, appraisers and consumers have access to robust and accurate real estate information to streamline and enhance the home buying and selling process.

What listing data is included?

The shared data encompasses listings that include up to 40 photos for each listed residential property, townhome, condo, multifamily property, and parcel of land. Property statuses include Active, Coming Soon, Pending/Under Contract, and Closed/Sold, which can include up to three years of sold inventory and closed listing history.

Who is included in the data exchange?

Both REcolorado and IRES customers have access to the exchanged data through the respective MLS systems. REALTORS® of Central Colorado recently approved a data exchange agreement and will have access to IRES data at a later date. Steamboat Springs Board of REALTORS® is not participating in the data exchange at this time.

How can I identify listings that came from IRES?

In REcolorado Matrix, you can identify listings that originated in IRES by MLS number and Copyright details. All listings from the data exchange and integration begin with “IR.” At the bottom of the listing details page in REcolorado Matrix, you’ll see IRES listed in the Copyright information.

When will exchanged data be available in other products?

This is the launch of the first phase of data integration. The REcolorado and IRES teams are continuing to work together to integrate the exchanged data into, the REcolorado App, and to give home buyers and sellers access to the same complete data used by their real estate brokers. The exchanged data will also be integrated into additional products and services offered by the MLS organizations, like IDX and VOW feeds, InfoSparks, and FastStats.
