Listing Photos in Matrix – What You Need to Know

Quality listing photos are essential to the home selling and buying process. The Matrix system accommodates up to 35 photos – take advantage of this! 7% of residential listings only display 1 photo and 50% of residential listings display 24 photos or more. In a fast-paced market, where some properties go under contract quickly, you may be tempted to enter only a few photos. However, in the future, you or a peer may need that listing for a CMA, where a larger photo inventory would be extremely valuable.

Don’t forget to double check the resolution and size of the photos you are entering. To avoid the white space around photos that Matrix automatically adds to low-resolution images, be sure to upload photos that are at least 1600×1200 pixels. Questions? See this reference document for help or give Customer Care a call at 303.850.9613, option 1.
