Make Syndication Selections for Currently-Active Listings

The REcolorado Syndication Program gives you the ability to choose which syndication channels you would like to use to advertise your listings on the Internet.

If you would like your listings advertised on realtor.com and ListHub through REcolorado, please make syndication selections for ALL of your active listings in Matrix (MLS).

Currently-Active Listings – To update currently-active listings, go to Matrix Input and select the property you would like to edit. From there you can, “Change Internet Display Settings.” REcolorado has made a How To document—Change Listing Internet Display and Syndication Settings—to walk you through the steps.

REcolorado.com Exceeds 1 million visitors!

REcolorado.com had over one million visitors in March, solidifying it as one of the top home search sites in our market! The site is on track to have even more visitors in April, as the buying and selling season jumps into full swing. Educated consumers understand REcolorado.com and Broker IDX sites contain the most accurate and up-to-date listings of homes for sale. With so many visitors to REcolorado.com, it’s important to have an updated My REcolorado Profile. Grab the attention of eager consumers by showing off your profile! This tool is important, as it allows you to view the names and contact information of agents with potential buyers for your listing. You can even see the number of other listings included in the auto email, and if your listing has been marked as a favorite or possibility. To access a Reverse Prospect list, follow the steps below or read our How To document.

  1. Login to Matrix
  2. Hover over the My Matrix tab and select My Listings
  3. Check the box next to the listing of interest
  4. Click the Reverse Prospect button
