Customer Care Survey – We Want to Hear From You!
Providing high quality products, services, and value to our members is our top priority at REcolorado. Continuing in this tradition, we have recently formed a partnership with The Loyalty Research Center with the purpose of implementing a formal process for members to provide feedback on our performance, specifically regarding your perceptions of our Customer Care program.
As a valued member of REcolorado, your opinions on the quality of our customer service and support, and on our ability to exceed your expectations are of great importance to us. Therefore, we request your participation in this survey. Later this week, you will receive a survey invitation from support@REcolorado.com. Please participate in the survey at your convenience. The survey will take approximately 15 minutes of your time, and does not have to be completed in one sitting. More instructions will follow with the survey invitation. The survey will be available for you to take Thursday, November 19 through Thursday, December 3. Your responses will remain completely anonymous, with results aggregated to help us drive enhancements in Customer Care over the next few years.
