Your REcolorado CONNECT dashboard serves as your launch pad to many tools and resources that can help you manage and grow your business, as well as increase your industry knowledge. All you have to do is challenge yourself to look past Matrix. Trust us, it’s well worth your time when you do.
Before we dive in, let’s start with the newest additions to your dashboard. In late 2018, we added two resources:
A County Property Search & Zoning Sites button was added to the REcolorado Training & Information section. This button takes you to the Help section of Matrix where we’ve compiled a list of quick links to the property search
A MyRental button was added to the Product Quick Access section. MyRental is a self-service tenant screening solution for agents who specialize in rental properties. Like most of the tools in the Product Quick Access section, MyRental is an add-on (read: it costs some extra cash to use it) but may be a good investment for you depending on your business model.
Next, we’re not going to go through your entire dashboard because you can do that on your own, but we do want to call attention to three important sections:
- REcolorado Subscriber Resources – Again, if you look past Matrix, these are the tools that are included with your REcolorado subscription at no extra cost. To put it bluntly, if you’re not using them, you’re wasting money. Hover your mouse over each tool to get a quick look at how it can help you.
- REcolorado Training & Information – Visit the Learning Center to access training resources, click the Class Schedule to sign up for REcolorado classes, explore the Resource Center (tip: PDF copies of our listing input forms are located here), view your REcolorado CE credit, and skim the REcolorado Rules and Regulations.
- REcolorado Account – Easily manage your account, including paying your bill or adjusting how you pay, as well as editing the details that display on your REcolorado.com personal webpage.
