3 Tools to Keep You on Track as Data Sharing with PPAR Changes
In May, we announced that the Pikes Peak Association of REALTORS had decided to withdraw from our CCM Data Sharing Agreement. So, effective June 16, 2016, PPAR listing data will no longer be available in the Matrix MLS system. Additionally, on June 27, The MLS cooperation and compensation agreements with PPAR will no longer be in place and REcolorado data will be removed from the PPAR MLS.
REcolorado remains committed to providing you with solutions to find the information you need even as options for data sharing change. Below are just a few tools that will help you work around this new set of circumstances so you can continue to serve all your clients’ needs:
- REcolorado Member Listings – Many agents from the Pikes Peak region are members of REcolorado! These agents’ listings will remain in the Matrix MLS for you to access for your clients. These listings will also be advertised on REcolorado.com. If you know of an office or agent that might want to get all of the great benefits of REcolorado membership, please ask them to contact one of us. We’d be happy to explain the options that are available.
- Realist – Using the MLS Public Records system, Realist, you can access Pikes Peak listings to run reports, generate a CMA and more. Sign up for our course, Realist: Accessing Public Records Information
- RPR (for REALTORS) – RPR® offers exclusive access to analytics and custom branded reporting tools that can be printed, emailed or texted from anywhere at any time.
