April 2020 Market Statistics

REcolorado market statistics for April reflect month-over-month and year-over-year declines as home buyers and sellers wait out the coronavirus pandemic. Although lower than this time last year, year-to-date numbers held strong, thanks to an active first quarter. The full set of indicators can be found in the reports we produce in collaboration with local REALTOR® associations. During the pandemic, we are also compiling Weekly Market Statistics reports you can use to stay up-to-date on current market conditions.
