2017-2018 Annual Report: Caring for Our Customers and Implementing Their Feedback

2017-2018 was an incredible year for REcolorado. We’ve put together a few highlights below, and for a full overview, check out our 2017-2018 Annual Report.

Steamboat Springs Board of REALTORS®

This year, Steamboat Springs Board of REALTORS® joined the REcolorado family. To bring their 406 members and nearly 31,000 listings on board, we completed a full MLS conversion. In doing so, we enhanced our Matrix MLS system to accommodate the needs of agents and brokers who serve clients in a mountain community and who manage both residential and commercial transactions.

Matrix Enhancements

The Matrix Client Portal is one of the most popular features of Matrix because it allows brokers to communicate instantly and seamlessly with their clients. This year, the Matrix Client Portal received a complete overhaul, making it more robust. Based on the rave reviews we’ve received from our customers, the new Matrix Client Portal outperforms any client portal on the market today. Enhancements include:

  • Added functionality for Google Maps along with a more user-friendly interface
  • Push notifications giving brokers the ability to be notified by email or text when their clients visit their portal, favorite a listing, or make comments
  • Enlarged photo viewer to ensure no detail goes unnoticed
  • Improved mobile experience for brokers and clients on the go

Additionally, as requested by subscribers, a Ranking Report was added to the list of Productivity Reports available in Matrix. The Ranking Report gives subscribers the ability to view agent or office rankings by total transaction volume, numbers of transaction sides, and other criteria. We also made several HOA-related enhancements, and much, much more. For a complete list of enhancements for this year, visit the Recent Product Enhancement Notes section of the Resource Center.
