Can we get a round of applause for the new Client Portal? It’s so clean and easy to use! But your clients who are used to the old Client Portal may need some help finding their way around. Be sure to send them the picture below and read on for a list of features you can highlight. Once you notify your client, be sure to set up Client Portal Activity Notifications so you’re alerted when your client is active in their portal.

Mobile Friendly Portal
The portal is easy to use on a mobile phone and tablet, in addition to a computer, making it simple for your client to stay in touch with you when they’re on the go.
How to Favorite, Discard or Mark a Listing as a Possibility
Make sure your client knows to click the heart icon on any listing and select from the drop-down menu to add a listing as a favorite or possibility or to simply discard it. If they want to leave you a note, let them know they can click on the property and start typing in the ‘Notes for you and your agent’ box.
Your communications with your client, as well as the searches you’ve set up for them, and your property notes, are in the ‘Messages’ tab, which is in the top navigation menu.
The map includes INRIX Drive Time™, which gives your client the ability to search for a home based on commute time to work or any other point of interest. Additionally, your client can view Points of Interest on the map that may be close to a property they like, and they can also click Boundaries to see different boundary lines (city, county, etc.)
Your client can click on a property to view interactive infographics about the home and its neighborhood (demographics, market trends, etc.).
Set Up Searches
Your client can set up their own property searches. Let them know they can click on ‘My Searches’ in the top navigation menu and then click ‘Start a New Search.’
