OK, so it’s not quite the New Year, but the headline was catchy. Don’t judge. Previously, when you sent an email out of Matrix, your clients received an email from [Your Name] <firstname.lastname@example.org>. That email address has changed to [Your Name] REcolorado@matrixmailer.com. This is a welcome change that will allow us to better assist you if troubleshooting is necessary. Your name will still precede the email address and replies will still be sent to your email address.
The change is seamless and should not impact the way you do business. However, you may want to notify your clients that the email address has changed, in case they need to adjust their email settings.
