REcolorado is a REALTOR®-owned company, with a Board comprised of experienced REALTORS from across Denver Metro and the surrounding area. The Board of Directors makes policy decisions, authorizes rulemaking, and oversees strategic planning for REcolorado. Please also join us in welcoming our two newest board members, Todd Narlinger of Denver Metro Association of REALTORS® and Amy Good from Mountain Metro Association of REALTORS®. Todd replaces Jon Larrance of Denver Metro Association of REALTORS®, and Amy replaces Machiele Marks of Mountain Metro Association of REALTORS®. We thank Jon and Machiele for their service.
Jim Wanzeck, broker-owner of RE/MAX Masters Millennium, will serve a third consecutive term as Chair of the REcolorado Board of Directors, and Alan Smith, broker-owner with RE/MAX Professionals, will continue as Vice Chair. Cheri Long, broker-owner of Priority Properties, Inc, will chair the Audit and Investment Committee and Jo Pellegrino, broker associate with RE/MAX Professionals, will serve as chair of the Shareholder and Participating Associations Linkage Committee.

IN regards to the merger.
It’s said that we give our data for free to other competitors like Zillow, Trulia, and others and not cooperate with each other.
I’ve been in business for 28 years and I have clients sending me listings to look at from Zillow because they don’t show up in my Recolorado MLS. Please explain to me how we can give data to competitors that are trying to put us out of business for FREE and we can’t share data among each other. Stop playing politics and get it done, It’s been almost two years!!!!!
