Great news! REcolorado has enhanced its integration with UtilityScore so that property scoring is more exact. This means that you and your clients can more accurately estimate monthly utility costs – a huge plus when trying to determine the full cost of purchasing a new home. Moreover, homeowners can now claim their property and update their Home Facts. Once Home Facts are updated, the UtilityScore is recalculated and the estimated bills reflect the improvements and/or changes to the property.

Why is this important?
Starting next month you may see a minor change in the amount of your monthly bill. But, don’t worry. REcolorado fees have not changed. However, the amount of sales tax assessed could.
Why do these types of changes occur?
Sometimes, updates with third-party vendors and taxing jurisdictions can result in sales tax changes on your bill. REcolorado does not determine these changes.

Good news! Now you can keep track of where you left off. A new optional Row Number column has been added to Single Line displays. This column makes it easier to remember which listing you clicked on when navigating between the Single Line and Full displays. You can add this new column to your view by clicking on the Single Line header, clicking Insert Column, selecting Row Number, then clicking Apply.
